Step 1: Log into http://webmail.sageinternet.com as postmaster using the password included with your setup instructions.
You will always log into the control panel as postmaster when you want to manage the email settings for your entire domain name.

Step 2: To set up your vacation responder click on the "mailboxes" tab.

Step 3: Find the email account you wish to add a vacation responder too and click the "Manage" button under the "Vacation Responder" column.


Step 4: Change the subject line if desired and enter a message into the "Vacation Text" box. It should be noted that Vacation Responders do not recognize break returns. So long formatted messages will not work.

Step 5: Click the "Turn On" button to be taken back to the mail box listings. If the dot on the "Manage" under the "Vacation Responder" column is green the vacation responder is active. A vacation responder will only send out an email to the same address once every hour. So if you test the message you will not be able to get another responce back until an hour has passed.
