Email Account Basic Settings

Below you will find the basic information you will need to setup your email account.

Sage Internet Accounts

Incoming Mail Server (POP3): webmail.sageinternet.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): sendmail.sageinternet.com
Account Name: Your full email address (ex: info@sageinternet.com)
Outgoing server (SMTP) port: 2525
On the Outgoing Server Tab, please select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and choose - "use same settings as my incoming mail server". All else can be left as is. Then, click on "Ok" to return to the main screen.
Note - if you choose your own ISP as the outgoing mail server you will find that mail may be faster. If you use Shaw, their mail server information can be found here: Shaw Information - you will need to scroll down to the section titled: "My router/firewall requires that I provide the full mail server names"
